As a world-reknowned urban planner, Pedro Ortiz needed a website that allowed him to create a resource where users from around the globe can access his numerous reports and publications. He also needed a way to manage and connect with users who were downloading his content to better leverage the interest in his site.
To achieve this, we created a website that allows Pedro to add and disseminate content as it becomes available. The core purpose of the site is to organize and deliver his urban planning reports for cities around the world. He accesses a private web portal that allows him to add PDFs of his reports along with images and text. From this portal, he can also edit almost all of the other site content so users have the most current information available.
Another key aspect of the site is to collect contact information from the users who download his reports. From his private maintenance site, he can see pertinent information about who downloaded what articles. Complete with search and customized analytics, he is able to determine which of his reports are getting the most reads and which users are the most engaged. He can leverage this information to follow-up with and engage with these users to facilitate a better relationship.
